Summer Menu in the Bakery
Our fillings are made from scratch using local ingredients. We use premium Kiolbassa breakfast sausages—made right here in San Antonio on the south side—in our klobasneks, and blackberries from a farm in Floresville. The famous kolache bakeries in Texas have great dough, but you’ll taste the difference in our housemade fillings.
Texas Caprese klobasnek (housemade basil pesto with pecans in place of pine nuts; fresh mozzarella; cherry tomatoes)
Floresville blackberry cream cheese kolaches
Chicken pesto klobasneks
Fredericksburg peach and cream cheese kolaches
Czech-style kolaches (hint—they’re different from Texas-style kolaches!)
Fresh fruit kolache, with housemade traditional farmer’s cheese
